Trueline Construction is a highly respected North Shore-based business
with a reputation for the highest quality workmanship and professionalism.
Specialising in new builds, renovations and alterations all over Auckland,
the company is 100% owned by director, JamesGibson. James is involved in
every aspect of the building process from the initial quote to meetings through
to the issuing of the CCC (Code of Compliance Certificate) and finally the
project handover. His total commitment and clear communication lines create
confidence, engendering a high level of customer satisfaction.
Having successfully operated for nine years, Trueline has built a huge client-base
by maintaining strong relationships, not only with loyal staff but also with
clients, suppliers and sub-contractors. Of the 15 staff members, many have been
with the
company since its inception. They include four foremen, four qualified carpenters,
five apprentices and the accounts/office manager. |

The Director
James completed his apprenticeship in New Zealand before heading off to work
in London for four years, where he became a foreman for a large London-based
building company. Since returning to New Zealand in 2004, he has worked for
himself.
With the wealth of experience gained, he started Trueline Construction
in 2005 and he has seen the business grow steadily from four staff to 15.
Key to the business success is the huge focus James personally places on
looking after everyone’s requirements. He works hard at maintaining strong
relationships with clients, staff, sub-contractors and suppliers. |
